Freestyle Support Policies
Our expert Support Team is here to help you with a wide variety of user and technical support issues. Our customer support policies and hours of operation are below. Customers must have a valid, paid-up maintenance agreement or be current on their subscription service payments to have access to Freestyle Customer Support Services. Freestyle provides Support for the current release level of the product or service being used, and one prior release. Customers using older versions must first upgrade to access support.
Hours of Operation
A Technical Support team is available for live telephone or email assistance to supported customers based on their level of Service Agreement.
Gold Level Service: Telephone, email or web support services are available during our normal Business Hours defined as 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Thursday and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern on Friday (excluding holidays).
Platinum Level Service: Includes Gold level support plus 24/7 emergency support.
