M.O.M. (Multichannel Order Manager) is designed to support high-volume eCommerce operations—whether or not you use SiteLINK, our fully integrated shopping cart.
Many Freestyle customers choose SiteLINK because it’s built specifically for M.O.M., ensuring real-time synchronization between your shopping cart and order management system. However, SiteLINK is not required to utilize M.O.M.
If you already have another third-party cart—such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento—you can absolutely keep using it. M.O.M. can integrate with a variety of platforms using built-in features or paid add-ons, depending on your needs.
